Growing Minds Early Education Programs operates five child development centers in Escondido and Oceanside

We provide the highest quality of care for infants to 4 years old to prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. We serve over 400 low to moderate income families offering full-day and part-day programs.

Providing nutrition and a simpler morning

We employ chefs to prepare nutritious meals. We provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack at no cost to our families, which helps to streamline your daily routine by not having to pack a lunch. Moreover, you have peace of mind of knowing your children are receiving well-balanced meals.

Held to higher standards

As a state-funded provider, our standards are higher. We exceed Title 22 community care licensing regulations for education standards, and our operations go above and beyond the requirements of Title 5 regulations.
